Su Embroidery, Reimagined 2024-2025

Why does Su Embroidery still struggle to connect with today’s audiences, despite years of promotion and innovation?

Most efforts overlook the core need: an experience that feels accessible, engaging, and relevant.

This project reimagines Su Embroidery as a living urban heritage through public installations, social storytelling, and everyday encounters.

EcoPaws 2024

The global pet industry is booming, with spending soaring across markets. At the same time, sustainability has shifted from a niche concern to a cultural imperative.

But where do love, waste, and design intersect?
EcoPaws is our response, a project that rethinks what pet products can feel like, stand for, and leave behind.

Queens Museum 2023

Why do many arts educators in Queens still lack access to professional training and resources, despite the Museum’s long history of community programming?

Most initiatives support students directly but overlook the educators themselves, leaving gaps in quality, sustainability, and impact.

This project proposes a strategic communications plan to launch the Museum’s Professional Development Series, strengthening internal collaboration, engaging local educators, and positioning the Museum as a leader in arts education.
