Twilight in the Forbbiden City
a cinematic rebranding identity built on tension and unpredictability.
Project Description
This editorial design project is based on Twilight in the Forbidden City, a visual and textual exploration of the Forbidden City’s architecture, paintings, enamels, and jade artifacts.

The layout system is designed to echo the spatial symmetry of imperial structures while integrating modern typographic precision.Decorative motifs and archival imagery from the Palace Museum enhance the visual rhythm of each chapter. The result is a contemporary reading experience that bridges dynastic memory and editorial clarity.
